If you enter a Gain Foods contest or promotion, we will use any Personal Information provided in order to conduct and administer the contest or promotion in accordance with its rules. We may also contact you regarding promotions we believe will be of interest to you.

Job seekers

If you apply for or make inquiries regarding employment at Gain Foods, we will use any Personal Information provided, such as your resume, in order to review and assess your application.
