Wholesale Services

We welcome the opportunity to wholesale our products to qualified Retailers, Grocers, and Resellers. We are well-known for our service dependability and can offer written references. If approved, you will be able to place your order on a specific Wholesale form — to enable quick & efficient ordering, payment and arranging for delivery.

Wholesale Accounts Policies

1. If you are interested in applying for a Wholesale Account with GAIN FOODS, you will need to submit an application. Wholesale pricing will NOT be released over the phone or by email — and without a VALID and APPROVED application on file.

2. Applications must include a VALID and ACTIVE registered government Business Number.

3. Applicants must have an established business history or can show they have at least ONE current Wholesale Trade relationship already established — and provide contact information where a business reference can be obtained or verified.

4. GAIN FOODS is under no legal or personal obligation to accept or approve any applications — even if the applicants have met some or all of the necessary criteria. Any decisions regarding Wholesale Applications are made first and foremost at the personal discretion of the owners of GAIN FOODS — and any decisions thus made will be FINAL.

Terms

Due to the nature of our FRESH Baked Goods — all orders will be billed at the time of online order or invoicing.
Payment is due immediately — unless prior arrangements have been made (IE: high-volume clients) — whether ordered ONLINE at our website (by Credit Card or E-Transfer) — or by phone or email.
Customers picking up their orders may PAY Cash at pick-up or by E-Transfer (before pick-up).

Business Privacy Agreement

Any client approved for a Wholesale Account with GAIN FOODS agrees to be legally bound by the GAIN FOODS BUSINESS PRIVACY agreement. Simply stated (see full terms), if approved — you AGREE to NOT DISCLOSE any personal or financial information regarding Wholesale Product Pricing, Details of our Business Operations or any other information regarding GAIN FOODS — to ANYONE in your company; be they within your company, friends or acquaintances.

Payment
Cash at pickup or prepaying by E-transfer, Visa or MasterCard.

About Our Location
Our business is located in 100% dedicated space in the whole lower floor of our home. It is fully inspected by VIHA & legally licensed by the City of Nanaimo. As such, we have no public bakery display cases.

Hours of Operation
Our bakery is open for local phone orders 9 AM to 4 PM — and 24/7 for online orders.

Pickup & Delivery
Pickups & Deliveries are normally ready in 2 to 3 days, depending on weekly volume. Once you place an order, we will be in touch to confirm a mutually acceptable time for pickup or delivery. Arrangements can be made for regularly scheduled deliveries.

Note
Orders are processed in the order they are received. In order to avoid possible delays, we kindly suggest placing your order well-ahead of the day it is required, so you won’t be disappointed.
